Shake Posted April 27, 2015 #4 Share Posted April 27, 2015 Speaking of Santa Barbara last week on our Princess Pacific Coastal we did our own excursion at Lotus Land. Amazing place and a great recommendation. Check it out. http://www.lotusland.org/

gwsster Posted April 28, 2015 #7 Share Posted April 28, 2015 OK, I'll bite. What's Lotus Land? Jim Lotus Land is a large Estate that has been donated to a foundation for tours of the botanical gardens. They don't offer too many tours, but if you are into gardening and exotic plants then this would be a nice tour. Santa Barbara has a lot of things to do or see depending on what you want to do. I am sure you could schedule private tours of many activities. There is a Danish community (Solvang) about 45 minutes north of Santa Barbara. There are wonderful wineries and museums and Mission Santa Barbara that available for tours. I love seeing the Princess ships off of the coast when I am driving up north.
