I am a reasonable sailor and Kwells work for me. On the last cruise, same one as Mysticalmother, I tried the wrist bands on a couple of days when seas were bad and they also worked. Pleased to say it is still readily available at Boots (Pharmacy) and are currently buy one get one half price. Four packs of 15 tablets cost less than £10.
