beachnsnowbunny Posted June 15, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 15, 2015 I am looking for some opinions on how to carry on items for our wedding on the Pride on July 5th. Can you guys and gals share on how you carried your items on board? We have a photo frame where people can sign in (guest book alternative ) 40 favors (can koozies filled with candy and a bottle opener), cake topper, sand ceremony items, etc. Thanks in advance for any info! We have a photo frame where people can sign in (guest book alternative ) 40 favors (can koozies filled with candy and a bottle opener), cake topper, sand ceremony items, etc. Thanks in advance for any info! We bought a folding rolling garment rack and loaded our stuff on it (including suits and wedding dresses!). If you can get people to help you carry items to the xray you can put up the rack and roll it the rest of the way. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/commercial-grade-adjustable-folding-garment-rack/1011977235?skuId=11977235&mcid=PS_googlepla_nonbrand_storage_&adpos=1o1&creative=43742655829&device=c&matchtype=&network=g&gclid=Cj0KEQjw7_mrBRDH4Y2UjLHEmfcBEiQA8OTHf9POSsdnUYV1BHJkshLk1afYBjFaf6mJKDb_AVzW-YAaAiDq8P8HAQ

Hockeylover1117 Posted June 21, 2015 #4 Share Posted June 21, 2015 We carried them in a box. The coordinator took my favors, put the candy in them, and also set them all up for us.
wed2015 Posted June 22, 2015 #5 Share Posted June 22, 2015 We had three boxes that were carried on by family members. Each box was labeled on the outside with the contents. Inside I wrote directions for everything. The coordinators took care of everything except the cake. The baker took those and made the cake look beautiful
MsFox Posted June 25, 2015 #6 Share Posted June 25, 2015 Is there any way they can deliver the favors to the staterooms of your sailing guests? I wish they did.
ccruise87 Posted June 26, 2015 #7 Share Posted June 26, 2015 It's $1 per favor to have them delivered to cabins I believe.

Drradical27 Posted May 30, 2017 #9 Share Posted May 30, 2017 Did you have to put the rolling rack through the scanner? We bought a folding rolling garment rack and loaded our stuff on it (including suits and wedding dresses!). If you can get people to help you carry items to the xray you can put up the rack and roll it the rest of the way. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/commercial-grade-adjustable-folding-garment-rack/1011977235?skuId=11977235&mcid=PS_googlepla_nonbrand_storage_&adpos=1o1&creative=43742655829&device=c&matchtype=&network=g&gclid=Cj0KEQjw7_mrBRDH4Y2UjLHEmfcBEiQA8OTHf9POSsdnUYV1BHJkshLk1afYBjFaf6mJKDb_AVzW-YAaAiDq8P8HAQ
