Offers received from Club Royale (Royal Caribbean)

OK I think Casino Royale actually gave me the wrong price in my favor this time. So I got an offer by mail yesterday from Club Royale with a list of complimentary cruises and saw 9/13 Alaska sailing on the Ovation on the list (inside cabin). Quickly called Casino Royale and they told me unfortunately all inside and OV cabins are gone. So at that point I was ready to pick another sailing from the list but asked how much extra it would be to upgrade to Balcony including adding my 4 yr old to the sailingas well. It took him awhile but he got back to me at first quoting $1157 for all three including tax in which I was like ok not bad. But a few minutes later while booking it for me he said "oops my mistake, I quoted you the wrong price, the actual price is $553 total for all three of us including taxes and port charges. I immediately said wow, he said yea it's currently kids sail free. I had always assumed you can't stack casino comps with other offers. Anyways I immediately booked it and paid in full. After reviewing the invoice breakdown. Apparently they only charged $4 a piece extra for each of us upgrading from the complimentary Inside to a Balcony (not sure if that was a mistake as well) and my son only paid taxes and port fees. Talk about a steal 😆😆😆. They won't cancel me citing price mistake will they???

My thought is that you paid in full. They would have to "Eat it", if there is a pricing problem. You, completed your"Contract" with them.

Was the prime email you got sent last year or this year since April 1?  I have not heard of anyone getting an email yet this year.

Has anyone received an email for the 2019 CASINO TAX BONUS OFFER?  It appears on my clubroyaleoffers this morning. I have not received an email but I am wondering if it is the same cruises as the summer sizzle offer?

Yes, I have that one listed on the website but have gotten no information - no email or snail mail offer.

 

Mine is for a OV + 150 OBC.  No idea what sailings or time frame.  Expires on 4/30.

Thanks.  I sent them an email to see if I can get the list of sailings.  I will report back when they respond

I just checked and my offer is the same as yours.  I don’t think I have ever seen free play offered by Royal before.  Is this something new?  I get this with Carnival but not Royal.  I hope this isn’t a 5 day cruise because it is too far for us to drive to any port for 5 days.

Plenty of 7 day cruises available. But they're all out of San Juan.😉

 

Ours is a different list than summer sizzle. Just Freedom and Majesty this fall

Mine was a BOGO interior with $50 OBC on the same sailings John&Lala posted. Hubby and I both got the same offer.  One of the sailings is one we are already booked on (Dec 1 Freedom) which we had used $500 in casino credits from our last sailing.  It was costing us $438 with $50 OBC.  I called and got them to combine our offers and switch the offer on the sailing to this new one.  Now it is costing us $128 with $100 OBC.  I am not sure why the port fees are so cheap ($64 a person) but I will take it!
