Yesterday, we got the first 4 refunds from Royal to our Visa. Port charge refund for the Mar 22 cruise, insurance refund for same, Port charge refund for Mar28 cruise, & ins. for that one. So it is taking about 45 days, since I requested the refund for the Mar 22 right away, on Fri Mar13, with the online form.

Inquiring minds want to know. I was going to cancel a similar November cruise but i'd rather L & S.

I read in my casino group on FB that some have tried, but casino comp/certificate cruises were not eligible.

I think they believe they did.  They sent some kind of offer to most people from what I am hearing.  Did the masters, signatures, then worked their way down to one type of offer.   With the people that booked, the people that rebooked from cancelled cruises and the possibility that they are going to sail with less people I don’t think they want to make to many offers and piss people off cancelling them because of space limits.

That makes sense

My offers list remains empty. Probably working on getting free Prime, Signature and Master Cruise uploaded. Carnival keeps sending offers, though mine are a free interior with several hundred in free play.  Pretty smart of them, since I always upgrade.

I am wondering if anyway could post the cruises that are offered with the Complimentary Interior Stateroom. We acquired a certificate on Symphony of The Seas, March 7-14/2020. The cruises listed end 12/19/2020, but, on the Club Royale Offers website, the cruises went until the end of February 2021, but, all of our offers are now totally gone :(

I called Casino Royale to get a list, and was told I had to wait 24-48 hours to receive an email of the listings.

Thanks for your help.

A few weeks back I had email offer. Nothing in my club royale. I phoned in to get details. The rep said I had the offer, but they could not email the details. said supervisor would have to do it. That was the Jamaica group. Two days later I never got email so phoned in again. I got Oregon group that time. Said rules had just changed again during past 1/2 hour. Said they could not email the details.

Mighty strange.

That is strange! The agent I spoke to said he had to contact a supervisor and request the list be emailed.

We don’t have anything in either of ours.  Both of us are prime.

Any ship ?

Just got off phone with Jamaica. kind of bad connection. The rep was working from home, she said.

The offer was not any ship. She did not have the list of ships. ?? Did say the TX is sail by Nov 22. The CH is sail by Dec 23.

I asked about my 2019 Tier offer that I had used for March 29, 2020. Of course that sailing was cancelled. Said I could redeem it any time before March 31, 2021.

Also the tier offers for 2020 would be loaded May 15.

Do I sense confusion at Casino Royale ?

Wow -must have gotten lots of cancellations for the big holidays (most expensive time of year to cruise). And they also know that the casino is quiet then, since many want to be with their families. We've gotten offers from Carnival & Royal during holidays, & have gone then. Many tables & slots were open all the time.

Didn't get the offer you got-still have none-since we already rebooked our canceled Tier one from Mar28'20.
