Booked my tier offer earlier tonight, the offer itself never showed up on the clubroyal website, but someone on the Facebook forum have us the heads up that it's apparently in Royal Caribbean's system and available for booking. Called 20 minutes before they closed and booked my offer (combined with wifes offer for a JS) with kids sail free applied which expired tonight. Thank goodness I saw the Facebook post.

I called this afternoon and was told both of our prime annual cruises are available. they had no idea why not posted on clubroyaleoffer site.  I did not yet book as I wanted to find out if they are allowing the 55+ senior discount for room upgrades.   Great news if the cruise is eligible for this discount then the discount will be applied to cruise fare if you upgrade from prime interior to OV or greater.    Never knew you could ask for that too!!

Mine and my wife's are there now. Says expires 3/31/2021. I thought the 2020 was good till 3/31/2022

I believe our status is good through 2022, not the free cruise.  We should get another one next spring

Great to see the free cruise posted...although not sure about sailing by March 2021 as I just booked one with Celebrity...does anyone have the official word from them if we will get another one to sail by March 2022?

I just got off the phone with the Casino. The annual cruise that was just loaded to our accounts has to be taken by December 2021, we will also receive another tier cruise loaded to our accounts in 2021, cruise is for a maximum 8 night cruise, not holidays, and you cannot book Odyssey of The Seas with you complimentary cruise, Prime interior cruise has a trade in value of $500.

Just had yet another cruise get cancelled. Royal is now not sailing until August 1, 2020.

Getting kind hacked at Club Royale. I asked to move my July 19 sailing to August 2. Same everything including cabin. Would not do it.

Promises promises...sound like politicians.

Try the ole call again and get a different CSR, wait time was 25mins or so for first call, missus is on another call on hold for 15mins to try another L&S on yet another cancelled sailing 

we are 6/11 cancelled now

 Were you trying to book for 2020 or 2021?  From what I understand it would have to be booked into 2021 to be eligible for lift & shift.

Another swing and miss. They will only give me $500 off for Feb 13 due to President's Day being 15th.

 

It is the only week that my wife can get off that early in 2021. 

 

Shame because between the delay in issuing and the cancelling the summer, we have only six months to use the tier offer.

What does your club royal offers show?

 

Mine is sail by March 31, 2021

It does not say sail by. I even commented to the agent, oh, it has been extended, and he said yes.

ours also says expires Mar31'21  is that an error, as its still saying starting up June 12 below.

sadly the Rep did not mention the shift or "cruise with confidence" I had called the casino number. I think I got Jamaica. I read the RCCL site, and then phoned the "cruise with confidence" number. Recording said 20 minute wait. 45 mins later the call dropped. I have phoned in again. Still on hold.
