I'm passing up on this one too.  Some good offers out of Cape Liberty, but I already have cruises booked for June, July and August.  If I could have combined one of the cruises for a B2B i would have used it, but none of the dates work.

I understand.   I haven't told my DH that I booked this yet as we have sailings booked for Dec, Jan, Mar, May, June, (now August) and a b2b on freedom in Sept from the august casino offer.    Actually 8 future cruises now that I type it (I thought we had 7 - Oh my).   And we both work full time, at least we can bring work laptops with us and work on the ship on our balconies, if we have to.

I figure I'll just book them as I doubt we will be sailing on the Dec or Jan. trips.

My next cruise is casino freebie for 12 nights on anthem on dec 7th.  99.999% sure it wont happen but cannot l&s it.  That was the first time ever for clubroyale to do a 12 nighter.  And I live the itinerary.

I hope I get another offer like that since this one probably wont happen.

But we did get the new offers and booked another one for next fall.  Turned an existing one into a b2b.  Hopefully we will be allowed to do them next year.

2 more cancelled for us too.  We were booked on the Nov 8 Oasis and Nov 15 Allure cruises.  We have an 11 Nighter booked on the Anthem in January and a couple more booked in the Spring. Hopefully the world starts getting back to normal soon...

We had B2B on NAV 6 and 9 Nov.  I will be getting refunds for those.  My strategy has been to get cash refunds for all but the very expensive upgrades.  The last thing I need is a bunch of small FCC's since they can't be combined.  I only get FCC's for the big ticket bookings.  I have a SC booking (upgraded casino comp) in Dec on Oasis so if that one gets cancelled, I will get an FCC b/c the extra 25% is impactful and will help me cover a big chunk of the cost of my March SC booking - also a casino comp upgrade.  It will be interesting if the Dec. bookings are cancelled b/c the one that I will be taking an FCC for, itself, has 2 FCC's (one for each of us) on it.  It will be interesting to see if they combine the existing FCC with the FCC that is generated from the cancellation.  This would be in accordance with their "newish" policy of combining FCC's into 1 big FCC.  I guess we'll find out if Dec. also gets cancelled.

Do you all think these sweet offers will continue? I doubt it. The last 6 months the offers were amazing as they were begging to get us back on cruise ships but I feel like with the latest cancellation the options were meh at best. My option to switch my 11/1 Harmony comp was between older ships and smaller itineraries; none in the oasis class 7 nite+ like the one that I used for the Harmony comp.  I think corporate and the casino finally realized the new state of cruising with 50% capacity and increased overhead left and right.

I agree with you.  The last few offers have been pretty lame.  We are in VA but moving to FL within the next few weeks (YIPPEE !!!).  We would never consider anything shorter than 7 nights if we had to fly.  I have deleted the last 3 offers that came in my email.

I have been using the Empress Lift & Shift strategy instead of the casino comp lately.  The prices on the suites are at least as good as any casino comp upgrade I have ever gotten.  It's easy and I have 100% success in getting an awesome shift.  I just did my 5th one.  The great thing about using L&S is that you can stack the big discounts like military discount, C&A balcony discount and any of the "instant" savings.  On the last 2 Empress bookings my TA was able to get military discounts that didn't even show up when I did the initial mock booking.  So there are more combinable discounts with L&S than there are with casino comps.

I will really be sorry to see the L&S program end.  It has been extremely fruitful for me !

I just phoned Club Royale. Rep there basically said "don't have anything equivalent to offer. Not even a 7 day balcony." That was a 7 day sailing JS and $100 OBC. Going to wait and see if anything better shows up. Can I say BUMMER ?

Wow-got a casino deal from Royal in todays snail mail!! Havent gotten any since the pandemic started. It said brought back by popular demand. (code is same as we already got in the online offers on club royale). Also says if you want email offers-sign up at royalcaribbean.com/casinoemail.  Been waiting for email offers for a long time! Dont like having to go to club royale on line.

I got the same card in the mail. I was surprised that, since I subscribe USPS's free "Informed Delivery" service that the email I received that morning to let me know that the ad from Casino Royale was coming included a link so I could see the offer before the mail even arrived.

Now, I just received email from my host (the first time I think I've ever heard from him). They've upped the offer (I had been offered a junior suite on shorter cruises or a balcony on longer ones), and now I can select a junior suite on even a week-long Symphony of the Seas, depending on availability, of course.

We both got the snail mail offers yesterday, which are just duplicates of the online offers.  I called and booked B2B NAV sailings since our offers were only for shorty cruises.  I normally don't book those but by then we will be living in FL so it will be much easier (and cheaper) than flying.

What was notable, however, was that the agent that helped us actually "found us a better deal" while I was on the phone with him.  He said that, based on my cruise history and C&A status, they were able to give me a bigger discount than what had been offered at first.  It wasn't that much - just an additional $100 off the upgrade (we upgraded ocean view rooms to GS).  That is the FIRST time in all of these years, that I have ever had a casino agent mention a WORD about C&A status or cruise history (aside from the obvious, casino play history).  So maybe, like Marc, they had some kind of tactic upgrade going on.  Who knows.

They always tell me after seeing that we're Diamond+, how many more days we have till we get to Pinnacle.(probably not in my lifetime!)

I'll be cynical and say that that $100 is your Crown & Anchor balcony discount being applied since your comped cabin didn't already have it. The math works if it is a 3-5 night cruise, you're Diamond with C&A, and the cruise is within the next six months. If any of those three points are wrong, then I couldn't even hazard a guess knowing Club Royale.

Certainly that’s possible...but I specifically asked if there were any additional discounts that could be added (this was early-on in our discussion- before he “found a better price”) and he said “no”.  It wasn’t exactly $100 either.  No idea but it could have been a balcony discount.

Got the email from our host last nite! First time casino email - been asking since June, finally!  Jr suites 7 days thru the summer.
