No go, does not apply to Wonder of the Seas...😡

You may want to call casino back - different phone rep usually gets a different answer.

They allowed people to book Odyssey sailings this summer with annual tier cruises, should allow the Wonder too!

Has anyone ever used their annual prime tier cruise towards $500 off an 11 or 12 night cruise?        I know they have a trade-in value of $500 and we have combined offers in the past to upgrade cabins but I have never used the $500 towards a non-casino cruise.   Is this allowed?

Also, if I book a non-casino cruise thru club royale can I expect to get a discount as a prime member along with our C&A discounts?

Not sure about the $$ off as I have never used the redemption option for an annual Prime casino cruise....but my gut tells me that they wouldn't care if you were using the $$ option.  That's just a guess.

As for the question regarding a "non-casino cruise" I assume you mean that a cruise that is not one of the "offered" cruises.  For the entire past 1.5 years, I have been receiving a standard 5% casino discount on any and all cruises I have booked through the casino.  Some of these were up to 14 days in length so the # of days is irrelevant.  The best news about this was that I was allowed to "stack" other discounts on top of the casino 5%.  I have used C&A discounts, military rates, senior rates, FL state resident rates, and some other odd discounts all in addition to the casino 5%....so it has been a very dependable and useful discount.  Interestingly, I still have 4 Prime tier level annual casino comp cruises (2020 and 2021) which I never used and most likely will not use but the 5% discount was used over and over again.

Below is an example of one I booked for Christmas 2022 on Oasis. 4 different discounts stacked.

That's great to hear they allow stacking of various discounts along with the casino discount.

And it looks like you only had to pay a $500 deposit and not pay cruise in full that is required with casino cruise offers.

I will let you know what they say about redeeming the $500 trade in value to new booking.

We have 3 tier cruises left to use up by march 31st so here's hoping we can apply one of them.

I'll probably use another one to turn a march sailing into a b2b.

I was also allowed to book two weeks on Odyssey using tier cruise offers for Oct 23 & Oct 31 sailings.  However, bookings have been way down(and the cruise prices went down), so that is probably why we were allowed to book on the Odyssey.    With bookings starting to return to close to pre-Covid numbers and prices going back up, I think they will be getting more restrictive as far as when and where the offers can be used.  The same goes for the double C&A points promotion, it probably won't be extended again if ships are sailing closer to capacity.

Although I do have to agree with "You may want to call casino back - different phone rep usually gets a different answer."  You could probably call five time with the same question and get five different answers.

I’m onboard and I was told that despite the wording here, the actual perk of a $1,000 credit requires a minimum $2,000 purchase. Bait and switch again.

That even removed it from the current list of benefits.

(That said, they did say that they would honor it to the two guests onboard Oasis of the Seas who brought this up to them.)

Well, the Park West perk was pulled pretty darn quick. We got to use it on only two cruises, and now that we've received two of the four pieces we ordered, I'm even more bummed that it went down in flames. I am pleasantly surprised at how nice the artwork is. I wish they'd at least bring the perk back on an annual basis (i.e., something you could use once between April 1 and March 31).

Just returned from Back to Back Allure. Last week, they took away the art perk. Guess they were losing out too much money on it. Our first week(starting Sept19), we were able to use it. As masters- we got $2,500 off, & was able to use it for a friend (our name, his address). His choice was just under the $2,500 inc. the shipping. No minimum purchase amount needed & shipping was inc part of the deal-so all free.

I finally got around to calling clubroyale to have them price up a non-casino (not one of their offered cruises) to compare their pricing vs the pricing I got off the royal website.   OMG, we got an amazing deal.      She gave us 40% off the online price after our discounts and current promotion for an 11 night sailing in January.   When she told me the price my husband sitting near me said Book it!

After I got off the phone he asked to did I get her personal phone number, email, etc. as we want to call this rep again - LOL!

I did ask her about using my 2020 tier for trade in value of $500 and she said I could do.       As this cruise was dirt cheap I didn't cash in the $500 value - looking to use that up on a b2b for hubby's birthday in March and probably bring our Son and his fiance.

Nice! Congratulations on the deal. I think I've had that Host twice and she is the best ever at using every possible discount available. I tried to get her personal extension, but she said that's not the way it works. I just lucked out to get her again.

I have an offer on the website that I've not seen before. It's called "2021 SEPTEMBER INSTANT REWARDS CERTIFICATE (2109C)" and is offering a junior suite or $1,500 trade-in value (specific code: 2109C02AQ) for dozens and dozens (!) of sailings between now and late May 2022, ranging from 2-8 nights

Here's the PDF it offers: 7291.pdf

A copy is attached to this post, but because it's such a long, single-page PDF (also weird), I figured having two references might be helpful.

So, do others recognize this? I might think it was the kind of list I'd see from onboard play, but my play came nowhere near the level I'd expect to be required for this list. I didn't get a certificate while onboard, but I wasn't expecting one either.

Yes, I received a similar code with a somewhat shorter list of cruises following our late September cruise on the Oasis. The list was so long and squished that I couldn’t read it. However, i cut and pasted it into the Notes app which made it legible. The cruise dates were through May 22.

Yeah, I went through some machinations through the HTML source to find the URL to the PDF directly to be able to view it. My iPhone could see it, but it looked way funny; my Android tablet, however, just showed a blank page.

Did you earn enough in the casino to warrant the offer, or did your offer come out of the blue as well?

The offer was for Oceanview. I earned enough for interior. I didn’t receive any certificate while on the ship.

My points took about a week to post.

OK I had no idea that all the emails I got were different offers.

I sailed on Freedom of the Seas in August, and earned just over 600 points.  I got 4 emails, redeemed one cruise (doing Allure 8 day Eastern Caribbean in December) and I still have 3 offers, one for 100 credit and 2 more sets of cruises.  Does this mean I got 3 free cruises? Seems kind of extreme (not complaining).

Our pts showed up 6-7 days after we disembarked Oasis on Oct 3rd.  and... 18 months after our Jan 2020 royal cruise we  have finally reached Diamond+. (after 14 cancelled tries)
