I spoke to a Club Royale rep who said I have no offers out there except the "annual offer".  I am not a huge gambler (compared to many of you)....but I did just spend 25 days on Wonder so would have thought I would rate a $100 off or something!  She said Nope!

I am Prime for this year.

Rant time

CR wait times are ridiculous

40mins

1hr 9mins

24mins

Last one currently at 28mins and counting

all 3 calls eventually through to a human, all 3 either dropped, hung up or just disappeared.

if anyone from RC reads this casino thread. Please do something about this.

my TA can’t spend all day hanging on to book 4 cruises for 26 people.

🤬😡

Is there a cheerleader out there that only has to wait less than 5mins who could make the call for me

I was on hold for an hour earlier today before I got a rep on the line…but had a good outcome so that helped make up for the wait.  It is ridiculous though….

Likewise on outcome for us, once we got through.

it does ease the pain 👍🏻
however it is still frustrating

I am onboard Oasis now and trying to get to the clubroyaleoffers site to make sure our points from last week posted correctly.  I cannot get into the site.  Is anyone else having the issue or is it just the crappy onboard wifi?  I can get to others sites

Never mind!  I just checked the Casino group FB page and it looks like it has been down since yesterday.  Thanks!

I don’t think I realized I could see points there. I’ve always logged into the RoyalCaribbean.com site for that.

I’d be surprised if last week’s cruise’s points were posted already. On a B2B I had, I had to alert the loyalty ambassador about my points threshold being reached for a crystal block.

sorry I should have been more clear. I was looking to check that our Club Royale casino pts had posted correctly, not our C&A pts. I find the casino points normally only take a few days to show up.

Ah, thanks! Tier points didn’t even occur to me! 🥹

The Casino Royale site is offline due to maintenance.  We were on a call with them earlier today and they mentioned until the maintenance was done they could not bring up any offers.

Thanks!!

I received quite a few free cruises between 2013 and 2017, until my active gambler SO died.  I was then “inactive” until recently, when my new SO decided he enjoyed gambling.  I earned 800 points on a cruise in May and received a free cruise.

We are currently on Day 4 of a four-night cruise on the Indy.  The app stated that 400 points would earn a free cruise.  I saw that statement every day for three days, and found it to be a bit odd and too good to be true.  It was.

I hit 500 points this morning and stopped to talk to the casino host.  She was quite  rude and  told me twice that she would like to see that statement in the app.  I did not have my phone with me and took my time retrieving it from the cabin.  I checked the app for the 400 point statement before I left the cabin,, but it had been changed to say that “only” 400 points would result in a “huge discount”.  The huge discount is $100 😳.

I realize the program changed in May and I did doubt the offer when I saw it, but the attitude of the casino host was really a turnoff, quite rude and condescending.  I intended to screen print the offer when I saw it and regret waiting almost an hour to allow her to make the change.

I have Prime left to use. I still get offers like every week. However wife and I are awful folks because at age 73 we did not get the mRNA jab. I read UK report where they test for antibodies. The children are 99.3% positive for antibodies. I bet USA is too.

My current hypothesis is that they are not sending offers (beyond those from a promo for x points per cruise or the yearly status cruise) to those booked on multiple future cruises. Otherwise there seems no logical reason for the huge variability regarding the offers sent to casino royale patrons within the same play ranges. I dunno ..

I found this offer on the website for me (22RCL703). It has a variety of sailings, 3-8 nights, from October through January. This particular one is for "Balcony + $200 freeplay". I do have one of these sailings already booked, so I'll have to see about using the offer for it.

Well, so much for that. Yes, that offer is available on my sailing, but the price of the junior suite that we booked regularly is now such that a comped balcony upgraded to a junior suite would be more than we're already paying now.

I guess I'll just have to find another eligible cruise! B2B2B, maybe?

I have two B2B cruises booked and my one free prime offer. The upgrade charge is expensive, so I stayed with the free offers.

Well the wife and I each got mailed offers today.Free cabins.  Had emailed offers last week. Likely 2 different ones. Free cabins. I just delete them now. After doing like 20 rebooks. I give up. We both are PRIME. But we feel like outcasts. We don't have the jab nor have we been sick. My neighbor that has been boosted just came down with covid again. I still think this is insanity.

When was your last cruise? Winter 2020?

Quick question for the experts here.

Do we not get shareholder obc on our comped cruises. Specifically our annual tier cruise. Seems that woukd be true.

Last I call, shareholder OBC wasn't combinable with anything.

Now, casino comps are weird, especially when upgrading. I've had twice now where I've gotten FCCs from a comped & upgraded cruise where the amount given in credit was more than I actually paid for the cruise out of pocket. (This was not a 25% bonus thing as the first time well predated the pandemic.) Both times, I approached RCI to point this out to them and their answer was "Looks right to us."

Near as I could figure, Royal Caribbean included monies paid by the casino department on my behalf. So, I have no idea what Royal Caribbean's economic philosophy is.
