Good luck!,

Yes I hope to see you on a sailing real soon.

According to CR today, we should be getting emails by the end of this month about the new program. Yeah...we shall see.

They also did confirm the current cruise Certs can be used on new bookings that sail before March 1 for the trade in value

Thank you :)

I called CR to find out my rebate from my 10/30/16 cruise. They are way low in my avg bet. After my 1 day I verified with the pit boss my avg bet was $82. I played the same the rest of the cruise. Conservatively, my avg bet was around $50-60. I would settle for $50. They had me at $26!!! I told them I never placed ONE bet that low, so how could that be my avg?

I should have check at the end of the cruise with the casino host. Now CR is emailing the ship and copying a supervisor and I'll see what they will do. This avg bet wasn't even CLOSE and it's costing me. I was expecting a rebate of $350....right now they have $175.

Do you think I have a chance to get this corrected?

From my own experience I hate to say it, but in a word NO. My Quantum 8 night cruise I had a rebate of $1200. (I play slots max bet usually). Applied that to my June cruise 9 night cruise. On the June cruise I poured WAY more money into the slots each day and night. I know what I spent and I know I spent even more hours in the casino on the Liberty cruise. When I was told my rebate from the Liberty cruise was $850 I was certain it was a mistake. CR contacted the casino host onboard (who btw was not the same one who was on the Liberty cruise when I was there (Giancarlo) and CR told me that $850 was correct. After three phone calls and emails, they would not budge. I suspect they are rating differently than they used to and just don't want to admit it.

Good luck to you - hope they will work with you better than they did with me!

I always by the end of the cruise asking host or manager to give me the history: a) avarage bet b) how many hours I played c) how much I put in d) loss/win...you even can ask it everyday by end of the day

Some of host / managers so nice and giveing you this statistics but some of them not :(

BUT still think CR will talk w casino host will solve your situation, bec they don't want to upset good players.

Good luck....

21 days left until my Anthem 12 nigths cruise ....How much money I need to take??? ;-)

My friend played almost identical to me for the same time and his rebate was $225. They couldn't give him his avg bet though (said they didn't have the info). More inconsistencies.

The CR rep told me the first of the year they would have details of new program. That part changes daily

While I have never been able to figure exactly how they calc rebates.

I have made a point at least every other day on a sailing to go check in with the host and see what they have for me.

My average bet is 150/200 per hand at roulette. ON a couple occassions on the allure they had me in for $5.00 per hand.

Clearly everyone knew that was not right. But had I not of checked and pointed it out they would never have seen it and it most likely would not have been corrected.

I hope they sort it out for you.

Oh nice.!! We did 12. Nights on Anthem and it was the best ship and cruise we ever did. We had 8 ports so there wasnt a lot of long days in the casino cause on the 4 sea days we wanted to explore the ship. I think I had a total buy in of $600 in chips and that's all I needed. I may have lost $150-200 on the cruise

I'm expect a big fat "no" also. However I'm hoping my note about the avg bet at the end of day 1 given to me by the pit boss of $82 will help the situation.i figured since they had it right after Day 1 they were tracking me correctly. I guess not. Lesson learned

I have gotten to the point where I check every other day.

On my allure sailing in march. my average bet was 150/200 per hand at roulllete on day three I went and talked to the host and they had a couple sessions in for me at $5.00 per hand.

clearly they all knew this was wrong, but Had I not found it early and pointed it out, it would have drastically lowered my average bet.

you just have to check. ( although truthfully I have never figured out how they do their rating system)

This will be our first cruise that we have received so benefits (free drink coupons and a behind the ice show tour)....our reservation was made through a TA and not through the marketing dept., will the info be waiting for us in our room? Our reservation doesn't have any notes regarding CR.

Thanks in advance!!

Have you contacted Club Royale to let them know about your upcoming cruise? If not, they won't know onboard that you're going to be there.

Onboard, you may have a letter from the casino host introducing him/herself. If not, simply go to the casino when it's open and ask to speak with the host. They'll put a sticker onto your SeaPass card and probably give you drink coupons for use in the casino.

We spoke with CR and they verified we would be receiving some perks, I just failed to ask how we would access them? Thanks for the info, we will go to the casino! Just wasn't sure if there should be something on our booking or not??

Did your TA book thru CR? Make sure you get the special casino rates. You can have your TA book thru CR so U can get the casino rates plus the TA perks.

Thanks for your reply's! We got a better rate through an online TA but the CR applied the benefits (CR and TA had a phone conversation). Our reservation doesn't show anything except what the TA gave us in OBC.

Guessing we just go to the Casino Host and ask about the drink certs and other bennies??

Just thought those of you who have gotten the perks might have some insight on that?

Thanks again!

Yup. As mentioned by Marc just show up and find the casino host and you'll be set. Good luck

If you do not have a CR VIP sticker on your card, the casino host will put one on. This may be ship specific. But of late, the sticker has been in place of certs and allows you drinks in the casino.

depends on the host. Some find it easier to give a list of names to the casino bar staff and reference the casino vip sticker. others still use vouchers.

I much prefer the (if they have a sticker they have drinks) method...

Very much dependent on the host

Agree about sticker....with these small cards that host giving 4 same time and when you spend them you need to ask again and again --- feel not comfortable w it :( Preffered "old" style just put sticker to my car - done :)

Me, too! When I am out of drink coupons, I tend to wonder what the host is thinking about me! On the other hand, when you need to have your card in a machine, it's a pain to take it out to give to the servers!

On my last oasis sailing. after the first day, all the servers knew me by name (maybe because I always tipped them a little extra cash) but after the first day, I never had to show the card... they just went and got me what ever I asked for. Most of the time they came up to me while I was at a table and asked what I wanted.

While I can not speak about the slots, in my experience, after the first day, it would not have mattered.

Most of the time I forget my drink coupon card but they give me drinks anyway cause they see the sticker on my Sea Pass card.

On another note- just as I and others have suspected, the ship says their tracking is correct for my last cruise so no changes were made to my rebate. I called CR again and asked for this to be elevated to the supervisor level. I told them the whole story and asked them to look at my previous sailing and they can see my avg bet. I told the CR rep my MINIMUM bet I made all cruise was about $35 so how could my avg be $26. I told her my avg was closer to $50-$60, with many bets more.

It will take a few days for them to get back to me. Again, not expecting anything but worth a shot and now I know to check every day on the ship. My rebate should be double what they gave me so it's worth the fight.
