DH & I went on a European Christmas Market cruise this past December and loved it. Sounds like they have worked with local tourism to ensure a festive and fun experience. Would be nice not to have to endure the long flight to Europe.

We had no snow :(. Our temp were mostly in the low to mid 40's, maybe too warm?

Our friend had some snow on her European cruise it does happen

I wouldn't count on any snow on the AMERICAN QUEEN's Christmas market trips, but don't be surprised if there is ice on the deck in the mornings. When the sun comes out it quickly melts though. Trust me; that does happen during wintertime down south. Many a morn when I was Watchman on the DELTA QUEEN, and before getting off my watch at 6 AM, I would slide around the decks.
