tampacruiser Posted January 15, 2016 #51 Share Posted January 15, 2016 Wow...it never ceases to amaze me about how crazy some people can get about change! I for one think this is a good thing. Cruise lines need to stay relevant and today's traveler is looking for a variety of entertainment options. On a 7 night cruise I don't need to see the same singers and dancers and washed up comedian do 3 or 4 variations of the same thing....having variety is what it's about. If the Voice of the Ocean is not your cup of tea then don't go.....doesn't mean you have to come on here and bash it and make people who think it's a good thing feel like crap because your closed minded world has been rocked. Princess is just trying to market itself to a wider audience by offering multiple entertainment options. I sailed Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas last year. They have a rock climbing wall....I'm too fat to climb rocks...so I didn't! There were plenty of other things to do. I didn't come on here and lament about how the cruising industry has lost its way because they added rock climbing walls!
Rare CineGraphic Posted January 15, 2016 #52 Share Posted January 15, 2016 The finals for Voice of the Ocean on the Regal were so popular that they simulcasted it to folks in the Vista Lounge.
