I'm wondering if instead of just a cut in base prices as a sale, RCI will start going the OBC route, especially for close in sailings. This way they can get around their pledge not to discount at the last minute. So, instead of cutting the price by say $500, they offer it in OBC. And they know that their cost for the things that people buy with OBC is much less than the listed price.:cool:
