Wino Help

I hate carry that stuff on the plane..We need help finding store close to port to buy wine and suntan lotions-Always worry about leaks and would much rather buy in port. We are staying at Hilton Riverside pre cruise on Poydras st. .

 

I looked thu old threads and could find any thing really current. DH like white zin not any thing fancy.

 

so anyone ???can you help us??????

There is a Walgreens or CVS on Canal St about 6 blocks from Harrah's Casino

It has both wine and suncreen

There is a Rouses grocery store at 701 Baronne st. They have a great selection of wine.:)

We used the 'Everything Shop' on Canal St that was a few blocks closer to the Hilton than the CVS or Walgreens. None of the wines were exciting, but they were about $15-$25 per bottle.
