ladylawyer Posted September 24, 2005 #2 Share Posted September 24, 2005 I think it's the Monarch of the Seas, which home ports at San Pedro. IMHO, anyway. I'll be on her in December. Don't you just love Google Earth? There's a great pix of my home. It looks so big in the pix.
DHADEN Posted September 25, 2005 #3 Share Posted September 25, 2005 Tell me more about "Google Earth" This looks great! What site is it? Is it a satalite picture?
Ericknow32 Posted September 25, 2005 #4 Share Posted September 25, 2005 It is Vision of the Seas. The Viking Crown Lounge gives it away. Also the Solarium is behind the VCL. Monarch of the Seas does not have one of these.
Ericknow32 Posted September 25, 2005 #5 Share Posted September 25, 2005 Nice picture by the way. I will be back on her in July of next year.
Firefighterhoop Posted September 25, 2005 #6 Share Posted September 25, 2005 I second that it has to be a Vision class ship.

If you go to Google maps you can click on sattelite and see photos. I used it to find our house, it's pretty neat.

Ohestu Posted September 25, 2005 #11 Share Posted September 25, 2005 I downloaded Google Earth and upgraded to Google Earth Plus. It is a great tool. I use the tool to determine wacling distances and general mapping info. The plus version also includes GPS capability.:)

Ericknow32 Posted September 26, 2005 #17 Share Posted September 26, 2005 Those Voyager class ships are fat compared to the other ships. I know the numbers say it but to actualy see it is kind of cool. I know the other two ships in the picture are Disney and Carnival. What Carnival ship is it though. Any ideas???
