Royal Caribbean Luggage Valet in Galveston

Does Royal offer the Luggage Valet option in Galveston for the IAH airport?

 

If it matters, I'll be flying on Alaska Airlines.

 

The reason I ask is that my flight doesn't leave until 6:00pm and if I don't have to carry my luggage then I have more options for killing time after the cruise.

The short answer according to the RCCL website FAQ is no.
