Clarea Posted October 11, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2015 http://fortune.com/2015/10/09/cruise-line-wifi-costs/ I have a problem with the statement: "Royal Caribbean provides high-speed Internet on all of its 25 ships ...". I would say only 4 of Royal's ships have high-speed internet. However, the $5 per day price that Carnival is planning may explain the free internet Royal is planning for Majesty. SRQfireman Posted October 11, 2015 #3 Share Posted October 11, 2015 wow is that deceiving......want to look at Facebook or tweet?---->$5.00/day want to actually "surf" and be able to check your email?-----> $16.00/day ! now you're almost back to RCCL rates
Rare broberts Posted October 11, 2015 #4 Share Posted October 11, 2015 I would argue that the term "reasonable cost" is unreasonably used in the context of any shipboard WiFi service.
