comp. upgrade from "maintenance" plans re B2B cruise in May 2016

Anyone else experience this ?? It's curious since it's over 5 months out:confused:

 

Just got a call from Carnival...said my ocean view for the B2B cruise 5/5 and 5/9 were to under go "maintenance", and wondered if I could suffer a free Balcony exchange:D

We suffered the same consequence as you for our B2B starting 05/01/2016. In our case, however, our TA apparently had to "fight a number of battles" to get our upgrades where your contact appears to have offered you the free upgrades without even your having to ask. In any case, we are now happy campers!!"
