marisr Posted December 21, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 21, 2015 We are sailing in 7 days on the BoS from Tampa. I can't seem to locate which port we will dock at in Cozumel. We have docked many times in Cozumel but I am wondering with 4 other ships in port if we will get stuck at the farther pier. Anyone know?
ZachMo904 Posted December 21, 2015 #2 Share Posted December 21, 2015 Unfortunately, I don't have an answer but I'm on BoS in March. Just curious, will you be writing a review following your cruise? Would love to get some thoughts fresh off the boat :) Best of luck,
monctonguy Posted December 21, 2015 #3 Share Posted December 21, 2015 There are a few websites out there that show which ships are at which docks....I cant think off the top of my head what they are but I am sure someone here will have a link. I did a 4 night back in Jan..i think it was the international pier...only ship docked there..had to take cab to get into Cozumel.
SECdawg Posted December 21, 2015 #4 Share Posted December 21, 2015 We sailed Brilliance to Cozumel last month and were at International pier.
Rare orville99 Posted December 21, 2015 #5 Share Posted December 21, 2015 RCL ships always dock at the International pier right next to the Carnival pier. It's a taxi ride into downtown from there.
MartiniBarhooked Posted December 21, 2015 #6 Share Posted December 21, 2015 In December we were on the BOS and we did the other pier. No taxi needed.

Firefighterhoop Posted December 22, 2015 #8 Share Posted December 22, 2015 In December we were on the BOS and we did the other pier. No taxi needed. Every now and then there will be an exra RCCL or Celebrity ship in port and the extra one will go to the downtown port (Which is awesome if you are on that one) Has happened to me a few time, and feels like you hit the lottery. Today for example (Tuesday 12/22) Brilliance will be docking downtown because both Independence and Liberty are in port and will be at the International Pier. marisr Posted December 23, 2015 Author #12 Share Posted December 23, 2015 I always check Cruise TT.com and it doesn't give me the exact pier. Let's hope for the one near downtown as I want to do breakfast at the Museum.

N41EF Posted December 24, 2015 #14 Share Posted December 24, 2015 Yesterday Brilliance was at the downtown pier with Carnival Fantasy, Liberty and two other ships were at the International pier.
Tatka Posted December 24, 2015 #15 Share Posted December 24, 2015 I love Cruisett, but lately they are incorrect even about number of ships in port. I usually google Cozumel cruise ships schedule.
AWills5000 Posted December 24, 2015 #16 Share Posted December 24, 2015 Just getting off the Brilliance in Tampa this morning. We docked at Punta Langosta in Cozumel this past Tuesday.

I usually google Cozumel cruise ships schedule. Yup. We're sailing on the Disney Magic soon and we'll be in port on January 12th and the Disney Magic doesn't show up anywhere on port schedules! BillB48 Posted December 24, 2015 #18 Share Posted December 24, 2015 Just getting off the Brilliance in Tampa this morning. We docked at Punta Langosta in Cozumel this past Tuesday. Had the pleasure of docking at PL on the Brilliance last year, nice change. I think the Independence and Liberty were at the International pier on Tuesday, which were the same two ships that gave us a chance to dock downtown. Rare h20skibum Posted December 24, 2015 #19 Share Posted December 24, 2015 It's a taxi ride into downtown from there. Or a 3 mile walk if you like the exercise.:)

Yes, and it's a good idea to add an extra 10-15 minutes for traffic if taking a taxi to the south when docked at Punta Langosta.
DarthGrady Posted December 25, 2015 #21 Share Posted December 25, 2015 Every time I've been to Coz on BR we've tied up at the International Pier. The shame is that they pull up there even when no-one is using the downtown pier which is a much better location.
