goodycruising Posted January 16, 2016 #5 Share Posted January 16, 2016 You need to go into a booking and select the suite stateroom class, and then the next screen shows all 4 perks including premium bev pkg.
gordylad Posted January 16, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 16, 2016 Terrible offer!! We booked a cruise last week going September and got the 2 free perks offer taking free grats and bev package. Cruise works out at $4500 for 2 in a SV category If we went for the same offer under this "exclusive weekend offer" the 4 perks are available but the total cost is $6,048!!!
az_tchr Posted January 16, 2016 #7 Share Posted January 16, 2016 The offer is available for a suite. Always love the $25 deposit which saves one nothing. As for the savings - $3K off of what fare? Everything is relative and this "deal" is just like many - not what it appears at first glance. False advertising - no. 100% honest and not deceptive to the first look - no. Does it pass the "smell test" - just barely.
jelayne Posted January 16, 2016 #8 Share Posted January 16, 2016 The benefit of a $25 deposit is not having money tied up for months. Our upcoming B2B was booked 2 years ago if we had to pay the full deposit on those 2 cruises then we would not have booked them.

Exactly right....I usually won't book a cruise unless its on a reduced deposit, with B2B's and several cruises booked you could have 3 or 4 thousand $ tied up in deposits which I prefer not to have. If the comparison is for the same cruise and comparing the SV with 2 perks to a suite with 4 perks, it is a great offer. Think about it: Upgrade from SV to a suite Upgrade to premium beverage package OBC unlimited internet All for $1,548. Most times, the cabin upgrade alone would cost more than that. kitty9 Posted January 16, 2016 #12 Share Posted January 16, 2016 Makes you want to go "hmmmm". Where's all this "ships are sailing full " business? I'm getting offers for X cruises nearly every day, and the increasing number of free cruises for the Blue Chip Club boggles the mind. If business is so good, why these offers? Maybe some cruises are selling well, but if they all were, there'd be no need for these come-ons.
