jennybenny Posted January 21, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 21, 2016 Oh yeah, yuk!! It's the same idea but the options "float" in/out. Looks like it will be more time consuming to search for cruises. Where is the NO LIKE button for that! Hmm, I wonder if you are part of their "test" case for it or if they will be rolling this out to everyone. I still have the "old" way available to me. That's too bad. I don't like the change either
msmoger Posted January 21, 2016 #5 Share Posted January 21, 2016 I actually like it. I like that you can now pick multiple destinations in one search.
Working 2 Cruise Posted January 21, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 21, 2016 I really like this! It makes it so much easier! Yes, you need to go through each section of the selection process, however, it will be a change that will be easy to get used to once you understand it. damiross Posted January 22, 2016 #9 Share Posted January 22, 2016 Don't care for the new selection method. The current one is efficient. I hate having to click "update" every time I make a selection. The current method has fewer clicks needed.
Northender Posted January 22, 2016 #10 Share Posted January 22, 2016 I always grumble the first few times after I sign on. Then I get used to it and no problems. Then Princess changes it again.:D

The current method has fewer clicks needed. You don't need to click update - I dont even know why that button is there but you can see the "View X results" change every time you make a selection without clicking that update button. Rare azbirdmom Posted January 22, 2016 #12 Share Posted January 22, 2016 I like it! I actually asked about selecting date ranges a while ago as there might be parts of a month we can travel and it would save us from scrolling through options for dates we don't want. Good job Princess!
Treven Posted January 22, 2016 #13 Share Posted January 22, 2016 Another "like".
bigenna Posted January 22, 2016 #14 Share Posted January 22, 2016 Oh, I so hope they implement this. So much easier when you want to compare various factors at the same time. Didn't they have a similar method a few years ago. I really liked the ease of use then compared to the current model.
pompeii Posted January 22, 2016 #15 Share Posted January 22, 2016 Much, much better! I've always hated that you could only select one option at a time.

Croptop Posted January 22, 2016 #17 Share Posted January 22, 2016 Add me to the list of people who like the redesign. Much better than the old one, in my opinion. Thanks for the link.
satxdiver Posted January 22, 2016 #18 Share Posted January 22, 2016 The old one was easier to use for me. The new one is more complicated. It was easier to just go down the list picking the things you wanted and then seeing the results. Not nearly as horrible as what CCL uses which is the pits though. I suppose they call this progress. sigh.
Rare Cruise Raider Posted January 22, 2016 #19 Share Posted January 22, 2016 I really like this! It makes it so much easier! Yes, you need to go through each section of the selection process, however, it will be a change that will be easy to get used to once you understand it. I tried it earlier this week and thought 'now they are really onto something'. I love it ... think it is a just well done.
By The Bay Posted January 23, 2016 #20 Share Posted January 23, 2016 Over the years I have found that change is inevitable, especially anything to do with using computers and the internet. The new site is easy to use and gets the job done. Thumbs Up!:)
Pushka Posted January 23, 2016 #21 Share Posted January 23, 2016 Change is inevitable and I like the new site. Sometimes change is done for change sake and where there are choices, if the changes arent consumer oriented then people move on. Windows XP was the best PC operating system and after that pretty much rubbish. Palm Pilots of the '90's went the same way. But this is a genuine improvement.
