Coffee

We will be in Cartagena for 2 days on our cruise next month and my fiance wants to go to a coffee plantation. He loves coffee and wants to meet Juan Valdez lol I told him that probably won't happen, and we already have tours booked for most of our time there, but we will have an hour or two in the early afternoon on Sunday when we could squeeze in something coffee-related. Does anyone know of somewhere in the old town area that offers some kind of coffee experience? Maybe a demo of what they do with the coffee beans or how they grow them or what makes Colombian coffee so special? We only have an hour or two to devote to this, and we need to be in the old city that afternoon for a tour, so ideally there is something we could check out for a little while before the tour.
