dongordon Posted February 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2016 Is there a major difference in the size of the balcony on a regular Balcony Cabin (BD) vs. the "Larger Balcony" (B6) category on the Breakaway? If so, does the Larger Balcony Cabin have room for a lounge? Don
*Luv2Cruz* Posted February 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 23, 2016 (edited) Not sure about the B6's but the B1's are much larger and we had lounges, chairs, and a small table! :) Sent from my QMV7B using Tapatalk Edited February 23, 2016 by *Luv2Cruz*
Suze10860 Posted February 23, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 23, 2016 I'll admit it. I will jump on ANY opportunity to post this picture. From what I understand, the balcony above the one marked "my cabin" (mini suite with large balcony cabin) is a large balcony cabin. Above that is a regular balcony cabin. I think there is quite a difference. My Cabin-5.pdf
helen haywood Posted February 23, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 23, 2016 We had a B6 on Getaway and Escape. On Getaway we had two loungers and two regular chairs and a full table. On Escape we had one lounger and two regular chairs and a full table. I'm sure we could have requested another lounger if we wanted. I loved the balcony because it had covered areas and by the railing uncovered areas. Yes, you could be seen at the railing by the balcony above....but you could also look down on those in the mini-suites below you...

There is a lot of info to be found about the 'away' ships B6 cabins, but haven't found too many who have posted about the Escape's B6. Do you think both balconies (Getaway and Escape's) were the same size? I ask because a lot of info on the 'aways' says the balconies are 70 sq feet. Hoping that Escape's cabin #9724 is that big.
