Royal Caribbean (2) Shore Excursions...

My wife and I are going to be in St. George's in early April and we are considering doing one of these Shore Excursions being offered through our boat:

1. Spices & Sunshine (4 hrs)
   
2. Spice & Waterfalls (4 hrs)
   

Does anyone have any experiences to share?

We did the Spices and Sunshine back in Feb. this year. We enjoyed the tour thought the value was pretty good for what the tour had to offer. Went to a spice farm, rum distillery and beach time that was at a hotel's beach with a bar.
