1911cruiser Posted February 28, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2016 Hi group, I am considering booking an outside cabin for a Summit sailing this winter and saw that cabin 6000 is forward facing and it appears to be larger, which would be good for 3 of us....does anyone have experience with this cabin or a similar forward cabin? SWFL Cruisers Posted February 28, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 28, 2016 We were in 7001 on the Constellation last month and it was way bigger than I expected. Looking at the deck plans it appears that 6000 is smaller than the forward cabins on deck 7. If you look at the sticky for M class ships I posted a couple photos of the room. 1911cruiser Posted February 29, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted February 29, 2016 I might just take a chance on it since I've never done a forward facing cabin. It's worth a try.

fninsn Posted November 30, 2016 #5 Share Posted November 30, 2016 Celebrity Summit 6000 (as of Oct. 2010) EM Hi Essiesmom. Thanks for the pictures, they are really helpful. We will be in this cabin next year and we're looking forward to trying the front of the ship. How was the noise and motion up there. Someone mentioned that the crew were partying below those cabins every night and the noise was unbearable. I'm a little confused, because I'm pretty certain that the theatre is below this cabin and I would think the noise would stop once the shows were done. Thanks again Linda
fninsn Posted December 20, 2016 #6 Share Posted December 20, 2016 Can anyone comment on the noise in cabin 6000 on the Summit? Any information about this cabin is appreciated. Thanks Linda
Rare Essiesmom Posted December 20, 2016 #7 Share Posted December 20, 2016 Sorry, I didn't stay in this cabin, just took the pictures on turnaround day of a B2B. It is possible there are crew quarters below, because I think the theater ends a bit forward of this. EM
