Tahitian Princess Transfer Or Taxi

Past Tahitian Princess cruisers, is it better to take the transfers provided by Princess or are taxis the way to go? Please share your experiences on either. Thank you!

Unless you are traveling alone or have some mobility issues, are unable to handle your luggage, etc. I would say take a cab.
Princess transfers are expensive and you have to wait for the group.

Can you tell me how much a taxi or a van would be from the Airport to a hotel such as the Sheraton

We used a taxi from the airport to the pier. It was either $15 or $20. I think it was closer to $15. It was fast and easy.

We used Princess transfer from the ship to the airport for our return. It was not fast or easy and cost $25/person.
