mrk63368 Posted April 11, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2016 OBC - From Royal and Travel Agency-I was lucky enough (?) to get in on a decent OBC offer when I booked, so I got $xx through Royal and $xx through my travel agent that is listed as "Special Gift" on my final payment documents. Today I received my e-documents from Royal and it only shows the $XX that they offered as part of the Sale, -- when and how do the travel agency OBC$ get applied and how do I go about ensuring they are done accurately? Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you in advance. Anthem of the Seas May 28, 2016! Can't wait!

It's totally between you and the agency. If you don't see it on your onboard account by day 2 or 3, then you would have to contact the agency. mark22mac Posted April 11, 2016 #3 Share Posted April 11, 2016 I had a card on my desk when we got into our room from the travel agent with the OBC amount and wishing me a great cruise. The amount showed up on my account review in the afternoon on day 2.
Madison81 Posted April 11, 2016 #4 Share Posted April 11, 2016 The OBC from the travel agency does not show up on any Royal documents or website. It's totally between you and the agency. If you don't see it on your onboard account by day 2 or 3, then you would have to contact the agency. When we started cruising I didn't know to look to make sure the OBC from our Travel agent had been applied and only noticed it wasn't listed when we looked at our sea pass bill late on the last night of the cruise. By the time I reached the TA the next morning it was too late to have it corrected. Luckily it was just added it to our next cruise's OBC...and I made sure I kept checking the onboard account to see if it was there right from the 1st day of the cruise. So I always check the onboard account right from the first night now, lesson learned. Of course I've never had another problem since then.
