lovevacadays Posted May 24, 2016 #1 Share Posted May 24, 2016 It's been along time since I cruised RCL. My mom and I sailed The Sovereign of the Seas and loved it and The Rhapsody of the Seas and liked it. I know a few people who like The Brilliance Class. What is your favorite and why? lovelife Posted May 24, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Oasis class for the entertainment and neighborhoods.
mad-dog74 Posted May 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted May 24, 2016 For families... Oasis definitely or even Freedom... for a relaxing, no worries vacation for couples, I'd say any class. If my kids (9&11) are going, I don't think their would be enough to entertain them on the smaller ships after being on Allure.
DonnaK Posted May 24, 2016 #4 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Voyager and Freedom class feel most like "home" to us.
GiggleBee Posted May 24, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 24, 2016 I love the freedom class, just the right size ship for me :)
George C Posted May 24, 2016 #6 Share Posted May 24, 2016 I have done all the smaller classes from Freedom to Sovereign, I like the Voyager class the best, love the ice show etc, Freedom class seemed a little to crowded with too much noise. Ken at the beach Posted May 24, 2016 #7 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Sailed Oasis class last Christmas for the first time and it is by far our favorite. So much to do and lots of great restaurants.
Blizzard54 Posted May 24, 2016 #8 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Radiance Class is our favorite.
Clarea Posted May 24, 2016 #9 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Voyager class, perfect size for us.
actuarian Posted May 24, 2016 #10 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Radiance Class is #1, then Vision Class is #2. I do not care for the behemoths.
luvscruising2007 Posted May 24, 2016 #11 Share Posted May 24, 2016 We have only sailed on Radiance class and Voyager Class. I prefer Voyager class now because there are a few more things to do. It is a good size ship but not overly crowded except when there is something going on at the promenade.
TonyBuzz Posted May 24, 2016 #12 Share Posted May 24, 2016 We've done one cruise each on Sovereign, Vision, Radiance and Oasis class ships and six times on Voyager. On Voyager class, love the ice show and the promenade. Not too big. When looking for a 2017 cruise, liked a December cruise on Adventure (Voyager) to Southern Caribbean with new ports. The wife opted for Oasis in October. So Oasis or Voyager for us and we'll try Freedom class for the first time this October.

pattle66 Posted May 24, 2016 #15 Share Posted May 24, 2016 We have only cruised on Radiance and Vision class ships. We loved both classes but Radiance is my favourite. I have no desire to sail on Oasis class but would love to try Voyager. None of my preferred itineraries use the big ships.
TXMary Posted May 24, 2016 #16 Share Posted May 24, 2016 While I have loved every ship I have been on, Allure is by far my favorite so I will say Oasis class.
molsonschooner Posted May 24, 2016 #17 Share Posted May 24, 2016 so far I would say Freedom class but our next cruise is Harmony so I might have 2 favourites
Yorkvillain Posted May 24, 2016 #18 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Voyager class is my favorite with the Freedom class extremely close behind in second place.
constable145 Posted May 24, 2016 #19 Share Posted May 24, 2016 The Radiance was 'fine' for a port intensive scenic cruise like Alaska. The freedom class are a good middle of the road ship.. Lots to do... Decent ocean views... The Oasis class even though it lacks a connection to the ocean is still my favourite. So much to see and do... Who cares about the ports when you are on the Oasis? That's why I have trips booked on both the Allure and Harmony. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

LadyBerard Posted May 24, 2016 #21 Share Posted May 24, 2016 I'm in the minority. I much prefer the smaller ships. I love the vision class.
OfTheSeasCruiser Posted May 24, 2016 #22 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Oasis and Radiance Class are tied for my top spot. Then its Voyager Class.
Rare BillOh Posted May 24, 2016 #23 Share Posted May 24, 2016 My least favorite is the Vision class, mainly because I have never sailed it. :D
