Does anybody have any feedback on her as a concierge? I sail pretty soon and I always like to hear peoples opinion on if they liked the concierge or not.

We did 31 days on board and Dionne was an excellent Concierge.

We did a 12 day Baltic cruise on Adventure a couple of years back and she was excellent.

We were on Anthem a month ago. Dionne was great. Very helpful and always greeting us and asking if we needed anything.

Just got off the Anthem last week and Dionne was excellent! Extremely helpful and always greets you when you stop into the concierge lounge. She also will keep you very informed about daily activities on the ship. A very seasoned concierge!
