if I my add one question:

what about the junior butlers, that bring the luggage to your cabin?

(who are not necessarily "your" junior butlers)?

If you tip how much? Is 1$/piece acceptable?

 

$1 per piece of luggage is acceptable. If you have something that's very large and/or very heavy, maybe $2 for that piece. I usually have one large, heavy item and a medium size, and another that can be carried or checked. If I check all 3, I usually hand the porter (or in this case, butler for the day) $5. At least while I'm within their sightlines, they treat my luggage carefully.
