Royal babies on Enchantment

Going for a three day cruise, is the Royal Babies open on Enchantment of the Seas? I got a hold of a cruise compass, but all I saw was that you could visit the Royal Babies the first afternoon, and no other information. If they are open, which hours are they open and do you need to book in advance?

I didn't realise they're different. I'm thinking about the one where you leave your child, instead of in cabin baby sitting.

That's the nursery. Not all ships have it.
