Margaritaville cabana and Blue Water Snorkeling ?'s

So, we're thinking of doing one of the snorkeling trips with BWD. I know the snorkeling trips are 2.5 hours, which is perfect, I didn't want to be gone all day. We have already reserved a cabana in M-ville as well. I know 1 person in our part of 6 won't be able to go snorkeling, and not sure if the other 2 will want to. My husband, son and myself are wanting to go for sure.

 

Soo... does anyone know how it works getting your key for your cabana? Is it first come, first serve for getting them? I mean, we have the excursion reserved for one already, but as to which one you get, I know you don't know until you get there. And I'm trying to figure out if we'll have time to go to the cabana, get set up there, and then meet up for the snorkeling trip? I'm going to email BWD to see what times they have available, so this will help me figure it out too. I know we're in port from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
