chillcruising Posted October 1, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 1, 2016 Just joined this very informative site and hopefully someone can help me here. I had no idea about the coupon so please bear with me.[emoji848] We have cruised with Seabourn once before (Sept 2011) but have never been in receipt of a coupon to pass to anyone. As we are booked for the Encore in July of next year, and have persuaded our best friends to join us who have never cruised at all before, both of us would be over the moon to have some OBC. How do I go about getting one of these vouchers to then gift to them so we both can have the credit. Many thanks in anticipation of your patience with me.[emoji4][emoji4] Sent from my iPad using Forums
Chairsin Posted October 1, 2016 #2 Share Posted October 1, 2016 All you need to do is call or email the Seabourn Club and request the coupons. They usually send four at a time. Sent from my iPad using Forums
chillcruising Posted October 1, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted October 1, 2016 Thank you so much. I'm based in UK I presume these will be sent from USA. Are they in paper coupon form or are they via email. Sorry to be a pest. Many Thanks. Sent from my iPad using Forums
Isklaar Posted October 1, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 1, 2016 I'm also in the UK and last time I requested some they were paper coupons sent from Seattle. Took less than a week to arrive I after I requested them.
chillcruising Posted October 1, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted October 1, 2016 Many Thanks. We don't go until next July so plenty of time for me to get them and then work out what I do with them[emoji848][emoji1360] Sent from my iPad using Forums
lincslady Posted October 1, 2016 #6 Share Posted October 1, 2016 Email the Club Concierge in Southampton, and they will send you the coupons and you post them back to them. Easier than when it used to be Seattle. You can obviously both have your credit for the cruise you are both on.

I didn't realise there was a separate one and assumed all had to go through Seattle. And just a heads up for anyone using the SB website - at least the UK version. SB has been 'tweaking' it since Thursday evening and for me, most of today it's been unusable.

I thought lincslady had a direct email address for a Club department in Southampton, rather than the one I have which goes to Seattle. My misunderstanding, sorry! lincslady Posted October 1, 2016 #11 Share Posted October 1, 2016 Sorry - should have put it down before. Hopefully it will work: clubconcierge@seabourn.co.uk Some time ago they did not respond quickly; in fact were pretty useless, but I think someone has now been put in charge who does get on with things more efficiently.
