If you wrote a formal review for Crusie Critic, it may take some weeks before it's published.

I wrote 3 reviews and all were accepted. As others have said it takes about a week before being informed. Not to blow one's horn, but my last review of the Anthem's Aug. 25th 9 nite cruise was selected the review of the week. Got a minor gift as a reward. lol
