Excellent! Have a good times and take lots of notes for your review!!

Thanks and I have already started taking notes.

Flash: The Oosterdam arrived at Port of Tampa early this am. It was reported that the boat arrived early to avoid the morning fog. I believe it was early so no one would see the crew oiling down the sky deck so it would slide under the Sunshine Skyway Bridge :D

Redneck Bob--

We were in cabin 6199 for our European jaunt this summer. Loved lots of things in the cabin but must say having a great t.v. but not moveable made watching t.v. from the sofa damn hard.

Dueling piano bar comment right on--awful twosome trying to sing on our trip. Lacks the intimacy and club feel which is so nice on the other ships. Two bars, one piano--right on.

Always love reading your reviews. Have a great trip.

Thanks. Did you leave anything behind. Found a bag of various cable connex stuffed in back of one the drawers. Working great. Thanks for the gift. Just kidding, turned into lost and found.

We, also, were on the mow-zit deck. :D

Our first cruise was on the Disney Fantasy a few years ago, and they use the key there, so it was an easy and expected thing for us on the trip. In fact, I took a my Fantasy lanyard and key and used it. You just lift the key a bit when you go out, so no biggie.

Hubby and I quite enjoyed the Billboard Onboard pianos. When the crowd was into it, there was a lot of good singing going on. We thought that the pair did a decent job of playing together and off of one another. (But, since we don't frequent bars of any sort, take that with a grain of salt. ;) )

I loved the artwork on the Koningsdam, but had to ask why the atrium staircase was roped off. Apparently someone fell???

My only complaint was the smoke from the casino (Deck 3) that could be smelled on Deck 2---even into the very small and sheltered halls to the World Stage. Yuck. It must have been hard for the Quintet on Deck 2 to perform.

Key card - they didn't have them on the Eurodam when it first came out (don't know about now). They are on all the other HAL ships.

Stairwell roped off because one side is too narrow for safety. I guess it will be fixed in drydock two years from now...

Never noticed smoke smell in the Lincoln Center.

Smoke Smell on Deck 3 to Deck 2??? We never smelled any smoke from the Casino either especially on Deck 2 in Lincoln Stage or Billboard, etc. and we were on TA with 7 Sea Days across the Pond!

Me and the Misses agree. Smoke was terrible in Casino

Hey redneckRob,

Thanks for your review, nice you had a great cruise experience!! :)

Were Royal Dutch and Indonesian tea time still offered @seadays, and regular tea time on port days?

Thanks in advance - I am really curious about Koningsdam, booked it for Aug. 2017.

We were on her maiden transatlantic. Apparently Royal Dutch Tea and Indonesian tea are a thing of the past since there was neither.

I usually went to the crows nest for chai tea in the morning and my DH and I went there for hot chocolate in the late afternoon.

But as I read there are new high Tea events...

Does it mean there's a Tea time offered in Crows Nest??[emoji5]

The Royal Dutch Tea was the closest HAL came to offering a "high tea". Since you've asked about it so often I fear you will be disappointed when you find HAL serves "low tea" (afternoon tea), and not high tea.

A cup of tea is available in the Explorations Café, which is typically near the Crow's Nest. I am betting that's what Jade was referring to.
