Thomson Premier from Gatwick

No you can't access the Premier Lounge when flying with Thomson. As it's a P&O Charter flight it's not classed as an ordinary Thomson flight. We usually use the No. 1 Lounge when going from Gatwick. It gives you a reasonable breakfast - all the usual cereals, yoghurts, fruit, juices etc. then something like a bacon panini - very good. All that plus tea or coffee is in the price but you can order something more extensive - cooked breakfast - but you have to pay for it.

We've never had a problem finding somewhere to sit an eat and then afterwards a more comfortable seat to wait for the flight to be called. There are no announcements made, you have to look at the screen to see when the gate number is announced.

We have used the No. 1 lounge in both North and South Terminals and have found the one in the North Terminal to be slightly better than the South but we haven't been to the South Lounge for a couple of years so it may well be as good as the North one now.

Can anyone tell me if we can access the premier lounge at Gatwick if we are booked on Thomson to Barbados. I know normal Thomson premier economy passengers can but wondered if it was available to cruise passenger

Many Thanks

Liz

Although you (and I) pay the same amount to upgrade, it is a P&O charter at their rules, and you cannot use the lounge.
