53sunset Posted December 19, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 19, 2016 We've been having problems with RCCL website and wondering if anyone else had this problem. We can pull up the website and look at everything on the site except when we try to find a cruise and check pricing, etc. the page is always blank. I also tried on some of the emails that they send to me almost daily and it's the same thing, when I click on "book" there's just a blank screen. Just learned from the other thread, if you have Google Chrome use it, I had to re download the program since it was removed when new HD put in a few months ago. sellwingri Posted December 19, 2016 #12 Share Posted December 19, 2016 Every time I delete my cookies, the website no longer recognizes my password. I used the same password for many years and never had a problem until about a year ago. I've been forced to change my password probably 8 times but today I said "no more" and called customer service (3 times). They were no help so as a member of Casino Royale, I called them and they fixed my issue.
