Shuttle

Not on the Princess board...

I would ask on the West Coast Departures board, here:

But I doubt you will find a shuttle service for 2 people on that sort of route. A better chance would be a car service, limo service or Uber.

If you UBER, I'm guessing it might run around $100 each direction. We dined with s couple onboard the Grand in Oct who Ubered from San Jose to Pier 27. They stated that the cost was $78. Not sure when surge pricing is in effect though, or if you are so inclined, you could do what a lot of us do, drive and park at 55 francisco or 80 francisco parking garage. We used 55, but it is my understanding it has been sold, so they're using 80 now.

The cost was around $200 for 11 days, give or take

You could take Caltrain the majority of the distance. Take a ride service, public transportation, or have a friend drop you off at the Caltrain station in Gilroy. Once you arrive in SF, you can take muni T line from the Caltrain station, transfer once and Muni F line will take you the rest of the way to the Pier.

Would not work on a Sat as no Caltrain service from Gilroy. Not very good during the week either as caltrain's last departure is at 7:06 in AM with arrival to SF at 9:30. We also never suggest the Muni F as it is run with vintage railway cars and they do not handle luggage well. When we push BART to the Embarcadero we always suggest walking o a cab for the final mile.

To the OP your best bet may be a one way car rental with a drop off in SF. Probably cheaper than a car service and most flexible.
