I don't really understand all of your questions but I'll try to answer those which I comprehend.

 

They have a great variety of tea choices in both Lido and MDR: PG Tips, Lipton, many Bigelow choices. They also have Harney and Sons in the Neptune Lounge (but you only can access that lounge if you're in a Neptune or Pinnacle Suite).

 

The ice cream is real...not ice milk.

 

I don't know what "Brendan" is. Definitely not a HAL ship.

Veendam (and all S and R class ships) has MDR, Lido, Canaletto, Pinnacle Grill, Dive Inn.
