I've been trying to access the Oceania site to make specialty reservation reservations since last night and all I get is "loading bookings" that loads, loads, loads, but never opens. I can get into the website itself but when I ask to manage my booking, the loading just spins and spins. I've used both Chrome and Explorer. I'd make some advice but I don't know whether you use IE or Firefox or whatever.
