Katomerikaf Posted January 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2017 Going on the seven shores Discovery cruise in March. We were sent in August an 'updated' itinerary to replace the one we originally had. Having looked at various port websites yesterday in trying to plan what we are doing I noticed that Discovery wasn't docking where I was lead to believe it would be on certain dates. Having contacted Thomson the response was - 'The website will show the most up-to-date information on itineraries so please refer to that. Third party sites may not have correct information and may not show if there has been any changes.' Has anyone else had any other information recently? Don't know who to trust !!! Rare dronnygirl Posted January 24, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 24, 2017 We are also on Seven Shores in March but have not heard anything. Fortunately not pre-booking any trips this time so won't really affect us. Not long now......

Rare dronnygirl Posted February 6, 2017 #4 Share Posted February 6, 2017 Depending on how many hours the trip is, they usually leave around 8 or 9am. If you are doing DIY, it's really up to you. We found we woke very early and were off the ship not much after 8am, picked up a taxi and away. Usually returned mid afternoon which meant we left plenty of time before sailing. It also depends on how many ships are in dock, on Tortola we took a bus to Cane Garden Beach and arrived to a beautiful beach. Within an hour it was totally full with several ships passengers. Early is best to get in front of everyone else. However, if you're a late night person this may not suit you. I must admit we usually try to cram in as much as possible and come home in need of a holiday:D
