As people who are sadly disappointed to loose two one month cruises with VOD (All Leisure), we could be very interested in this program, but most of the ports mentioned in your link refer to European ports that are of no interest to us.

Do you have any plans to do a number of ports in Vietnam or India for instance? One of the VOD cruises we had been booked on had 5 ports in Vietnam scheduled with a couple of overnights and the other had 5 ports on the west coast of India with a couple of overnights.

There are a lot of disappointed All Leisure passengers like us, who would welcome such itineraries.

Hello tring,

I'm so sorry you were impacted when Voyages of Discovery stopped operations last month. It's a sad development for the entire cruise community, but especially for those of you with travel plans.

We would love to have you try Azamara Club Cruises. Within the next few months we will unveil our new country-intensive voyages.

As a reminder, our President, Larry Pimentel, will be on this Cruise Critic forum tomorrow, 1/31/17 around 3pm EST.

I'm compiling the questions received to-date for him to review and answer for all of you tomorrow.

If anyone has other questions about our new Stay Longer, Experience More focus with more Immersive Itineraries as well as our new offerings of Cruise Global, Connect Local experiences ashore, please post them on this sub-forum.

Thank you for all your interest!

I was feeling hopeful about Azamara, with this program, but nothing happened yesterday and we were told it will be early today, yet it is now gone 7pm here and must be well into the afternoon, even in North America.

Not a good sign if that is the efficiency level, just to answer a few questions!!

Looks like I need to be looking elsewhere.

When our ships visit India, we try to have multi-day calls in the major ports. We currently have a few great options on our website, for example: In Vietnam we routinely do two days in Ho Chi Minh City and two days in Halong Bay. In Bangkok we sometimes do three days there. However, starting in 2018 we will have voyages that we call Country Intensive Voyages, and these voyages will consist of ports primarily, if not all, from one country. Some of these countries include Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Greece, Italy. We actually just launched this concept last week, and the desire for these country intensive voyages turned out to be hot! hot! hot! Stay tuned on our website for more information, and for a more complete brochure, which is in the works!
