I can’t even log into my account.  Been an rewards account holder for a few years.  Didn’t log in for about a year and came back after the AARP rewards change happened and I either cant get past the verify my birthdate or it says “this page is currently unavailable. Please try back later.  If you’ve recently enrolled, it will take 24 to 48 hours after your first drive to access the site.  Please make sure location services is turned on on your device, bla bla bla.”  
well it’s been 2 weeks I’ve even redownloaded the Allstate mobile app, activated it, it’s uploaded several trips and it shows all my points I had previously saved.  I got to redeem points or shop with points and it has me log in and I either get that message or it verifies that this is me and shows my name I click yes and then it ask to verify my age and I put that in and it says that’s incorrect try again.   Anyone else have or had this issue?  Is there a fix for it?

Wow.   This was enlightening.

 

I tried several of your older ones, in and around the year "2017."   Most did not work for me.   And nothing that actually had "17" or "2017" in the code worked for me.  However, the following old codes DID work:

I don't know much about the Allstate app, I don't use it anymore. But when that birthday verification page comes up on a web browser, you need to click Log Out in the upper right corner or, probably a better idea for you to try, clear  your browser's cookies. If you know how, you can choose to clear just the Allstate cookies. See what that does for you. Otherwise, you'll probably have to call their rewards customer service, but be warned, that's usually a major headache.

I've been avoiding entering that code because my actual 3-year membership anniversary is coming up in May and I figured it'd be a nice little boost. But I gave in and entered it. I'll forget by then so I'm going to be real disappointed when I get that email, then realize I already used it. 😌

Look at the bright side...the old AARP Rewards for Good program only gave us promo codes worth 150 points. With Allstate, their codes are always good for a $100 card, at least.
