Looking for Handicap Accessibility Information on Ferries

I am cruising to Martinique in May 2017. I want to take the ferry to Pointe du Bont, but do not know if these ferries at the dock have the means to be accessible. Has anyone had any experience with this or observed anything? Thanks!
