Drazil65 Posted March 1, 2017 #51 Share Posted March 1, 2017 I have had no problems booking myself on line. I have had nothing but GREAT service when just calling the 800 number for price drops or other issues. I make sure I wait patiently while they check everything and I make sure to ask for an e mail showing the new price or new cabin or whatever. I don't see the point of a special PVP to do the same thing. THIS....
S.S.Oceanlover Posted March 1, 2017 #52 Share Posted March 1, 2017 I book through my PVP. He got me a deal last week for my second cruise that I couldn't even come close to through the website even with past guest rate through the website. How did he do that? Never heard of a pvp that get you lower prices than what is on Carnivals website. Bill Sent from my SM-G935V using Forums mobile app

Bill Sent from my SM-G935V using Forums mobile app Yeah, I don't think so. That said, our PVP is great. She'll keep an eye on the cruise, capture price reductions if we're ES, arrange for our preferred dinner (table for 2, etc.) One question, do PVP's have the ability to arrange airfare, hotels etc? I've always done that on my own but I could see getting some help if we ever do a European cruise.
