leinhto Posted March 27, 2017 Author #51 Share Posted March 27, 2017 We exited the show early. We had our fill for the day. We headed for the balcony to enjoy a nice cool breeze. Not sure our room is going to get much use. Is it just me or should RCI start selling just balconies like this? Who needs a room. sky0000547 Posted March 27, 2017 #52 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Better pic of bench. One of my fave spots now. I love seating by the window in the Windjammer especially at the aft. Are these window bench only in certain areas? Can't say I have seen them before on other ships as they normally have proper chairs by the window. Our first cruise was on Mariner OTS i don't remember seeing these, but it was our first so probably wasn't looking at details as indo today. Yes these benches lined the glass wall in the aft area of the WJ. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

leinhto Posted March 27, 2017 Author #58 Share Posted March 27, 2017 (edited) Woke up about 7:30am. Spend the time debating in my head what to do. Hit the balcony, the helipad, the gym or just chill in bed. Here's a few shots from one or more of those activities. leinhto Posted March 27, 2017 Author #61 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Disney Wonder docked in between us and Carnival Splendor while we were at the gym. 5 ships in port. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
JTBCruiser Posted March 27, 2017 #62 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Really appreciate the photos and the review. We sail on her for the 1st time in March 2018. I've already learned a few things from your review and will continue to follow.

leinhto Posted March 27, 2017 Author #64 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Interesting find when going to the WJ from the gym on deck 12. Is that another bridge, gangway or gang plank. Wonder of wonders...they put the smoked salmon out at the WJ. Major points in my book. WJ was packed this morning but still not hard to find seats. Although I couldn't get my bench by the window. Had my standard fare. And then it happended. Aaaaahhhh rain. This will delay our disembarkation. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
leinhto Posted March 27, 2017 Author #65 Share Posted March 27, 2017 I would go to the comedian on the last night (Derrick Cameron), he was very funny. Sent from Tapatalk We'll try that. leinhto Posted March 27, 2017 Author #66 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Rain has subsided. Looks like the Allure crew are having a life boat drill. Strange, instead of getting into the life boat, they disembark, walk and board an already waiting life boat. Can they all really fit? leinhto Posted March 27, 2017 Author #69 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Disembarkation line on deck one aft at 11am. Don't try to disembark with a fruit in hand. You get sent back. Not having much success with security this trip. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

Only crowds was in Cozumel where they were selling water bottles in the same area, but otherwise walked right off the ship. leinhto Posted March 27, 2017 Author #72 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Strolling the streets of Nassau. Fulfilling my husbandly duty to follow the wife around shopping. Clarea Posted March 27, 2017 #73 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Ah, John Bull. Can't tell you how many times I've been in that store. I can almost see the little bench where I sometimes get to take a nap.
Rare BillOh Posted March 27, 2017 #74 Share Posted March 27, 2017 May have to rethink the 1PM arrival for the sailing next month. Later or earlier? While I've cruised 5 times out of Miami, I think 2013 was the last, so I've read about more recent issues. The next time will be at a brand new terminal boarding Symphony. I'll bet I'll be glad I didn't book one of the first couple of cruises out of this terminal.
