spleenstomper Posted July 20, 2017 Author #80 Share Posted July 20, 2017 (edited) UH, no, photobucket. I'm not paying 400 a year so I can view pics on a 3rd party website. 50 a year, maybe. 400? No. Edited July 20, 2017 by spleenstomper

No. Don't blame you and too bad it is retroactive and all your posted photos are no longer here. I arrived too late to enjoy your efforts.
MrsKC08 Posted July 20, 2017 #82 Share Posted July 20, 2017 We just got off the Dream. This ship is bizarre, it had the most crowded feel of any boat we've been on. It seemed difficult to get from the bow to stern without going up our down multiple decks. The ship doesn't seem to be on an even keel and seems to list a bit to port almost all the time. Periodically, regardless of speed it would begin to vibrate, felt more severely at the stern. Our stateroom attendant was not able to turn our couch back into a couch for the day and bed at night and only was available once a day although the card did have a "both" option. We were in a cove balcony and I requested the rail and chairs be wiped down to clean them of salt but this was not done. The last sea day they decided to hose down the lifeboats which resulted in a waterfall on our balcony. I agree completely! Our last Carnival cruise was on the Dream in 2010 when it was still very new (less than a year old). The design was ridiculous. It was a larger ship, yes...but they added many many cabins. Common areas were very very crowded. We also noticed that it seemed to list a little to one side. Matter of fact, it was probably the worst cruise we had been on, and have not cruised Carnival since. nisewenn Posted July 25, 2017 #88 Share Posted July 25, 2017 You spellde "ever" wrong, please use spellcheck next time. Sent from my iPad using Forums 😂 lol I see what you did there. For me, the worst jams on the Conquest Class ships (Conquest, Glory, Valor, Freedom and Liberty) are on deck 5 when people line up for the photographers. Lots of jostling, waiting, etc., to get from the Alchemy Bar to the casino or main theater in the front of the ship.. The way around this is to use the 4th deck walk through. I usually have late dining in the aft MDR, so I enter the lounge on the 4th deck, walk through the hallway on the right, and proceed to the 2nd staircase. That brings me up to the 5th floor mid ship elevators just outside the casino bar. (the 1st staircase brings one up to the Taste Bar area). And of course, you can reverse the flow to get from the casino area to the aft comedy club, no problem! Ok. It just needed time to upload. Here is a short clip of me trying to get my barrette back from the monkey lol. And trying to trade a ball for the barrette: He lost interest in the barrette and I was able to use my ipad to whack it down from the ledge (the barrette not the monkey). Currency: Daniel Johnson's Monkey and Sloth hang out: Sent from my SM-G920P using Forums mobile app
