Dress Code for Sterling and Other Dining Options?

Hi All! I've been reading these boards for years, but only recently started posting. Thanks to all who take so much time to answer questions and share experiences!!!!!

 

Can anyone tell me what the dress code is for the Sterling Steakhouse and any other alterante dining options? I'm fairly certain that Sabitini's required at least a sport coat, but we only had the Painted Desert last Princess cruise - not Sterling.

 

Looking forward to some great red meat!!!

The alternative dining rooms follow the same dress code as the main dining room.
