JMG Posted May 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 19, 2017 I recently submitted an email to RCI - (May 4). I got the automated response but have heard nothing from RCI since that time. How long should I wait until I email again to someone at a higher level? Problem - we re D+ but our status was not listed on our seapass...we were charged full price for the beverage package. We checked our account several times and the charge had not posted. The night before we disembarked, the charge for the full price was posted. This was a charter cruise but I did contact C&A desk prior to sailing to confirm that our C&A #'s were attached to our Reservation. JMG Posted May 19, 2017 Author #2 Share Posted May 19, 2017 I trid to edit but... We went to Guest Services and also Concierge and were issue new sea passes...total of 3 seapasses during the cruise.
