casino-queen Posted June 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 15, 2017 I saw a post about a website that you can go on that shows what is above and below your cabin, but I can't seem to find it. Thinking of getting a cove balcony on the Horizon, but I don't want a cabin with a view of the lifeboats. Can anyone help me out with the link I need? Thanks so much! cruiserking Posted June 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 15, 2017 You can easily look at the deck plans for your ship and see where they are. Do a Google search for Carnival Horizon to find out what deck the lifeboats are on. This website will show you diagrams, pictures and videos of the cabins. https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/deckplans/Carnival-Horizon. Bonnie J. Posted June 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Go to the cruise lines site and check out each deck. If lifeboats are out of your window they are called/labeled 'obstructed view'. Each cabin that had this is labeled so you know there is an obstructed view. These cabin are usually less $$$. When we have chosen one of these cabins we try to have a view between the life boats. You can check each deck and see what is above you and below you.
Rare Essiesmom Posted June 15, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Go to cruisedecplans.com and use the 'drag it deck' function. You can drag decks above and below your cabin to see what is there. EM
